3. Service Conditions
a. Testing Services
- Inspection and test results represent conditions only at the time of assessment
- Accurate testing requires undisturbed conditions
- Clients must follow all pre-test instructions
- Indoor mold and moisture conditions can change over time
b. Remediation Services
- Remediation is performed in accordance with recognized industry standards
- Project timelines depend on property-specific conditions
- Post-remediation verification is included to confirm the work was completed
- No remediation eliminates the possibility of future mold growth if moisture returns
4. Pricing and Payment
- Prices are subject to change without notice
- Written quotes are valid for 30 days unless stated otherwise
- Payment is due upon service completion unless otherwise agreed
- Late payments may incur additional fees
5. Cancellations and Rescheduling
Cancellations or rescheduling requests must be made at least 24 hours before the scheduled appointment. Late cancellations may be subject to a fee.
6. Property Access
Clients must provide safe, clear access to all areas required for inspection, testing, or remediation. Erase Mold is not responsible for delays, additional costs, or incomplete services caused by access limitations.
7. Scope of Work
Services are performed in a professional manner and according to recognized industry standards. The specific scope of any project is defined in the written agreement provided before work begins.
Mold can return if moisture conditions are not corrected or recur. Conditions caused by improper use, alterations, or external factors beyond our control fall outside the agreed scope of work.
8. Limitation of Liability
Erase Mold's liability is limited to the amount paid for Services. We are not liable for:
- Indirect, incidental, or consequential damages
- Property damage not caused by our negligence
- Health outcomes related to mold exposure
- Results of inspection, testing, or remediation performed by others
9. Client Responsibilities
Clients agree to:
- Provide accurate property information
- Follow all inspection, testing, and remediation instructions
- Maintain clear access to work areas
- Notify Erase Mold of any property changes affecting moisture or mold conditions
- Conduct periodic re-testing as recommended
10. Intellectual Property
All content on this website, including text, graphics, logos, and images, is the property of Erase Mold and is protected by copyright laws. Unauthorized use is prohibited.
11. Dispute Resolution
Any disputes arising from these Terms or Services will be resolved through binding arbitration in Georgia, in accordance with Georgia law.
